How you can order

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SELL IN THE UK - AND WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE UK.
WE ONLY ACCEPT NEW CUSTOMERS IF THEY ARE EU BASED.

New customers can register via the registration form on the homepage. Then a confirmation email with a login code is sent to your email. To place an order you must be logged in. Login on the homepage. Once logged in, you can place the desired order by adding products to the shopping cart (content order list).

Minimal order value and units per product Minimal order value is € 250.

Shipping costs € 9.90 excl. vat (free delivery on orders above € 750.).

Payment & delivery An order can be paid in the following ways:

• Purchase order with Pro Forma

For all payment methods, if successfully completed, the order is processed immediately and shipped within two business days (excluding payment on account). When ordering on account an authorization first has to take place. Upon receipt of the invoice (also final confirmation) orders are offered at DHL (parcels) or Pallet shipments.

Terms of delivery On each order are our conditions apply. Click here to read the terms. During the ordering process, there is an opportunity to see these conditions and approve.
